Mr.
Bara received his J.D. from Columbus School of Law at The Catholic
University of America in 1981, after graduating in 1977 from
Indiana University. During his matriculation at Catholic University,
Mr. Bara received American Jurisprudence Awards, signifying receipt
of the highest grade in the class, in Real Property Law and in
Constitutional Law. He was a member of the Catholic University
Law Review, and had a Comment published in Spring, 1981. Mr.
Bara is licensed to practice law in Texas.
Mr. Bara has been representing real estate and other business
clients for almost 25 years, with extensive experience in virtually
all aspects of real estate law. He provides expertise to both
national and regional commercial real estate clientele in all
aspects of the real estate industry, including residential subdivisions,
office buildings, retail centers, single family home building,
multi-family complexes, mixed use projects and mortgage lending.
Mr. Bara has handled numerous matters involving acquisitions
and dispositions, development, management, operations, leasing,
construction and financing of varied real estate projects. Additionally,
Mr. Bara advises clients regarding, and assists in implementing,
the optimal structure to achieve the client’s business
objectives.
