Scott Flynn graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Texas in 1980. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, with honors, in 1985. He is licensed in Texas and specializes in real estate and corporate transactions. Mr. Flynn has closed real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $500M for individuals and publicly-held companies and private business enterprises.

Mr. Flynn has represented both sellers and purchasers in all types of real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of raw land, office buildings, apartment complexes and shopping centers. He also has represented landlords and tenants in commercial and residential lease negotiations, lenders and borrowers in loan workouts and foreclosures, and developers with respect to construction contracts.
