Mr. Mastrogiovanni earned his bachelor's degree, with high honors, from the University of Tulsa in 1983, and his Juris Doctorate from Tulsa University in 1986. He is licensed to practice in all state courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
