Mr. Mersky received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Departmental Honors in English. In 1979 Mr. Mersky graduated Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Law. Mr. Mersky is licensed to practice law in Texas and Pennsylvania, and carries the highest ethical and quality ratings provided by Martindale Hubbell.

Mr. Mersky is widely recognized as an expert in commercial real estate matters. He has provided services to public and private companies involving properties located throughout the U.S. Mr. Mersky has closed numerous transactions for sellers, purchasers, syndicators and lenders involving, in the aggregate, well in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Mersky served as lead counsel on a $275 million real estate transaction which closed in January 2008, and was featured in the "New Deals" section of Texas Lawyer, a statewide Texas legal publication.

Mr. Mersky has spoken frequently at continuing legal education seminars in Texas and throughout the United States in the area of commercial real estate.
