Charles Mersky speaks at the William H. Gibson, Jr. Mortgage Lending Institute

Mr. Mersky gave a presentation on “TICS (Tenants in Common)” on September 8, 2005, at the 39th Annual William H. Gibson, Jr. Mortgage Lending Institute, which was held at the Hyatt Regency on Town Lake in Austin, Texas. The Mortgage Lending Institute is sponsored each year by the University of Texas School of Law, and is one of the leading continuing legal education seminars in Texas in the areas of mortgage financing and commercial real estate law. Mr. Mersky’s presentation was given again on October 6, 2005, when the Mortgage Lending Institute was held at the Hilton Americas-Houston in Houston, Texas.
