Mr. Schorsch graduated from American University in Washington, D.C., in 1982. He attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated in 1985. Mr. Schorsch was a nationally acknowledged moot court advocate, a member of The National Order of the Barristers and a recipient of the prestigious Lewis V. Powell Award for preeminence and excellence on a national level in oral advocacy.

Mr. Schorsch is recognized as both a leading commercial and matrimonial trial attorney. He is licensed to practice in all state courts of the State of Texas, the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of the United States District Courts in Texas, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Washington, D.C.
